Product: Feature List

Classic & Volte

This section displays a core feature list for the current CrownPeak Product Version offering outlined into the different sections of our product.

Dashboard

Roles and Permissions

Roles or access permissions can be configured within the system. Clients have complete flexibility to name those roles. The roles are very granular (down to field level if needed) and can be applied to any level of workflow. Clients have the ability to change roles at any time.

Widgets

Widgets are small applications with limited functionality that can be added to the dashboard and executed within the dashboard by an end user. A widget has the role of a transient or auxiliary application, meaning that it just occupies a portion of a webpage and does something useful with information fetched a source and displayed in place.

Dashboards

We deliver the ability to create custom Dashboards. This allows users to create "quick glance" interfaces for their data before they dive deeper into the various sections under that umbrella. A dashboard's purpose is to summarize all the important information under an umbrella.

3rd Party Integrations

We have setup the dashboard to allow 3rd Party businesses to integrate directly into the Dashboard interface extending the functionality and delivering more focused information to the user. Examples: Google Analytics, Facebook, Twitter, Sales Force, Demandbase and many more.

Layouts

We have customized the Widgets and Dashboards to allow for full layout customization. This gives the user the ability to make widgets any height or width that will fit there needs. Tabs at the top of the interface allow for multiple dashboards to be visualized by the user.

Public vs Private

With the ability to create custom dashboards we have also added the ability for the user to create public or private dashboards. Public dashboards ensure that any user in the same company will be able to access the dashboard setup. Private dashboards will only display for the user who has created them.
